Our responsibility as a restaurant is to provide our customers with the freshest, healthiest foods available, while remaining conscious about our impact on our community and our ecosystem.  For us, this means using sustainably-caught fish, humanely-raised proteins, and seasonal, organic produce in all of our dishes.  By respecting the animals, land, and waters that sustain our business, we are able to create a responsible, healthy dining experience for our customers.
