The T. Maccarone’s Approach

Founded in 2005 by Walla Walla native, Tom Maccarone, T. Maccarone’s was built on the idea that great food, mixed with fun people can make any meal a memorable experience.  Through the years, this simple concept has created one of the most popular restaurants in the region—earning strong support from local diners and rave reviews from visitors from around the world.

In 2008, Chef Jake Crenshaw joined T. Maccarone’s as executive chef, bringing with him a unique culinary style and creativity honed in some of the finest restaurants in the Northwest.  Jake’s passion for food and fine dining continues to evolve the T. Macacrone’s experience.  Now co-owner of the restaurant, Chef Jake works closely with Tom and the entire staff to create fresh and exciting concepts, special events, and continued growth of our food, wine, and services.
